The project is on 6.3 hectares of land at 1550m altitude with tar roads on the property and allowing the building of 283 unites (chalets/villas).
Plans for various type of units are already made and sold with the project. A business plan for a mountain hotel with wellness/spa, restaurants is included.
It is located 65 km north of Beirut, 26 km inland from sea in the region of Byblos, access to there with double divided hi-ways going close to the project. There is more than 100 hectares of natural reserve around the property, maintained with funds from the state of Monaco.
