2. Eligibility

You must have a valid user account to purchase Advertising Services. By ordering Advertising Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to enter into a binding contract

• The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Advertising Orders & Payments

3.1 Ordering

Orders for Advertising Services are submitted through our Site or designated ordering interface. Orders are subject to acceptance by RealEstate&CoUK and may be declined at our discretion.

3.2 Payment

All fees for Advertising Services must be paid in full prior to activation. We accept payment via the methods specified on the Site at the time of purchase.

3.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing for any Advertising Services at any time. Price changes will not affect any orders already confirmed and paid for.

4. Service Activation & Duration

Once payment is received and the order is confirmed:

• Advertising Services will be activated within the timeframe specified at purchase (typically within 24–72 hours).

• The duration of the Advertising Services will be as set out in the order details.

• Unless otherwise agreed, Advertising Services do not automatically renew.

5. Content Standards

5.1 Accuracy & Responsibility

You warrant that all content, including text, images, and other media, submitted for Advertising Services:

• Is accurate and truthful

• Complies with all applicable laws

• Does not violate the rights of any third parties (including intellectual property or privacy rights)

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content of your advertisements and listings.

5.2 Prohibited Content

Advertising content must not:

• Include defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material

• Promote fraud or deceptive practices

• Infringe on third‑party rights

• Contain any malware or harmful code

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, remove, or suspend any Advertising Services and related content that violates these Advertising Terms or applicable laws.

6. Platform Role & Non‑Liability

RealEstate&CoUK acts solely as an online advertising platform. We do not:

• Guarantee specific outcomes (such as leads or conversions)

• Endorse the content or claims made in any advertisement

• Act as an agent, broker, or representative in any transaction between users

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Advertising Services or reliance on performance metrics.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

7.1 No Refunds

Except where required by law, all fees for Advertising Services are non‑refundable once the service has been activated and content published.

7.2 Cancellations

You may cancel scheduled Advertising Services prior to activation, provided that:

• Written notice is received before service start

• No content has been published

Refund eligibility for cancellations will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit for Advertising Services. By submitting content, you grant RealEstate&CoUK a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to display and distribute such content in connection with the Advertising Services.

All other intellectual property rights in the Site, tools, platforms, and service infrastructure belong to RealEstate&CoUK.

9. Data Usage & Marketing

Advertising performance metrics and related data may be provided to you as part of the service. All data processed in connection with Advertising Services is handled in compliance with the RealEstate&CoUK Privacy Policy.

By using Advertising Services, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealEstate&CoUK and its partners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your content

• Your use of Advertising Services

• Breach of these Advertising Terms

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, RealEstate&CoUK shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use Advertising Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Advertising Services giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Advertising Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Advertising Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

13. Changes to Advertising Terms

We may update these Advertising Terms at any time. Updated terms are effective once posted on the Site. Your continued use of Advertising Services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
