    • How long will my property be listed on your sites?

      The period of exposure each listing on our websites depends primarily on the type of subscription plan purchased. Please find our subscriptions plans for agents and private individuals on Subscription Plans page.

    • Will agents call me and what should I do about it?

      Since your listing on our site offers your phone number as a means of contact, theoretically a real estate agent browsing the website could see your listing and give you a call. While we cannot stop someone from picking up the phone, we do provide our users with an area to configure instructions for real estate agents. This can be a simple; "No agents please" message, or a message to any buyer`s agents who may have a suitable buyer for your property such as "Agents - willing to give 2% for a qualified buyer as commission". As the seller`s agent for your property the choice is up to you whether you would like to find your own buyer and pocket the entire real estate agent commission for yourself, or negotiate on your own behalf with buyer`s agents on a commission rate for the agent if they are able to produce a qualified buyer for your property.

    • Will my real estate sell if I list it with RealEstateCo.co.uk?

      RealEstateCo.co.uk does not have a gauranteed sale program. User`s of theRealEstateCo.co.uk website must realize that each international real estate market is different and subject to change at any time. Making predictions about the housing market is outside the scope of duties performed by the RealEstateCo.co.uk staff. In general, hotter international markets in downtown areas of urban centers tend to generate buyer interest at a faster rate than smaller urban centers and rural listings.

    • What methods of payment do you accept?

      Currently, we offers 2 different payment methods: - Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc. ) via Paypal - Cheque / Money Order Please follow the on screen instructions to select your preferred payment method during the checkout process.

      Why use the Archive instead of Deleting?
