Our company holds 150 Ha (371 Acres) development land (and all required permits/licenses) in the Northeast of Brazil – state Paraíba. The area is licensed for construction by the Brazilian Environmental authorities. The Northeast of Brazil is increasingly developing for the better. Great infrastructure projects are in progress, such as tripling highways in the area and a new bridge for improved access to villages in the north of the state Paraíba. Finally the state authorities have decided to to built a bridge from mainland highway João Pessoa-Cabedelo over the to Lucena which improves the accessibility.
