Hotel B&B in front of the beach

The hotel is titled property with no с and located just across the small street from the beach lot. It has 17 rooms, 11 with private bath and A/C and 6 rooms with a ceiling fan, that share 2 ½ baths.
There is an owner’s apartment on-site with a bedroom, living area (or second bedroom), one bathroom and a kitchen and a storeroom. The living area or second bedroom is a lock-off from the apartment so the apartment can be rented if you choose to live off-site.
The construction is a combination of concrete and hardwood. I believe most of the construction is about twenty years old. The hotel has a small kitchen and restaurant where we serve breakfast to the guests but not lunch or dinner. All air conditioning has been changed.
