100 hectares with 500 meters frontage on Pan American Highway. The country is in the process of widening the road to a 4 lane divided highway from Liberia to the Puntarenas. The project is complete from Liberia to Canas. They are currently under construction from Canas to Limonal. The next phase will be from Limonal to the Puntarenas turn-off which will be passing in front of the property. It would be a prime location for a service station with restaurant providing ample parking for tractor trailers, buses and cars. An "Uso del Suelo" or land study use has already been completed with the municipality. It is approved for industrial or commercial which includes a gas station.
