In the holiday resort Castillo del Romeral on Gran Canaria this house is for sale. It has German and English neighbours and is the first of the newly built holiday homes on the coast. The place is about 40 km south of the airport, a small village but with supermarket, restaurants, cafés.
The house is a semi-detached house, the plot is about 200 m2, the building is 110 m2.
The house was renovated last year, it has not been lived in since. The photos were not taken for the sale of the house, but the craftsmen took photos of their work. The renovation cost 150,000 euros, the builders were brought from Germany because the locals didn't do a good job. There is also a built-in kitchen, no photo of it, but it was never used.
