The plots are located at the foot of Mount Majevica and can be used for various purposes thanks to its favorable geographical position. Changing the purpose of use is a very simple and short process. I was personally informed about that by the cadastral officer. If I want to change the purpose of using any plot, it is enough to fill in the appropriate form in which I state the desired purpose of use and pay the fee. The change takes effect from the date stated in the form, and otherwise from the next day.
Considering that talks have begun in the EU and on the world political scene that the Dayton Agreement has been surpassed in relation to the status of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH's entry into the European Union is considered an optimal solution.
Initially, I did not plan to sell, but I wanted to do business. Since I live abroad, I could not find reliable business partners, which is why I am selling land plots.The price listed refers to all plots together.
